Day 15
PENGUINS! I found a shop that sells them in North Sydney. You have no idea how much this thrills me.

Day 16
Sea Monkeys Because I found a shop that sold them and had to buy them. HAD TO

Day 17
I spent Saturday cleaning and sewing. I can't show you what I was sewing as it's top secret, but I can show you this.

Day 18
Sunday I went with Anna to the clinic at the Metro. Every time we go to the Metro we go past this place and every time it makes me giggle.

Day 19
Things I miss from home. Dr Pepper (though it's from the US not Canada) is one of those things, and this was my last can!

Day 20
Tuesday I go over to Anna's and we watch Australia's Next Top Model. This Tuesday I did some beading as well. YAY!

Day 21
You would have no idea that I had this kitchen clean not only three days ago, would you?

Day 22
I stand in this spot each day, Town Hall station, waiting for my train

And moar sea monkeys, cause I started setting them up tonight

Much much nicer. A girlfriend once brought me a shopping bag full from Scotland. I hoarded them like a very hoardey thing.

Town Hall station.
SEE, this is me weeping. WEEPING!
Also no love for not seeing Neil.

And Penguins are not as nice as Tim Tams, that could be because I have lots of penguins here but nooo tim tams. Also Tim Tams are the far superior biscuit for drinking tea or coffee through. Penguins just go to a watery grave.

Soo, you're saying I should buy penguins at our new world market?

But Penguins are better!

<3<3 I think it's the having one and not the other thing, honestly. I've never actually done the tea through a tim tam thing, though I keep getting told it is good.

Ahahaha, you can have Town Hall love, the place drives me mad.

I KNOW! I FAIL!

From: [identity profile] deensey.livejournal.com
Ooooh, yes, yes you should.

You should also send me your addy again cause I have lost it.

I doubt it...I can send it..

From: [identity profile] deensey.livejournal.com
Ahahahaha! I can get it here, at one of two import stores, and that's way cheaper than you sending it! It's just out of the way and expensive, so it's very much a treat.

Oh it's good, I made my dad send me a whole box full of Tim Tams as a sort of get to know the people in my new uni building. My floor and the floor below (so about 32 people and a few other random friends) did a marathon make a cup of tea and drink tim tams through it. Even the boys were like...OMG YOU ARE A GODDESS. It was awesomecakes.

It drives me mad when I'm there, I'm forever getting on the wrong train or the wrong line in Sydney. Cos I'm an idiot and I still do it here. So I usually just walk places or get the train by Paddy's market.

SADCAKES. No Neil. No Neil in Engerland either.

WELL. Then I guess I should just wire you extra money for your Doctor Pepper fund. XD

I don't know how you can say that because TimTams are better! Although maybe it's just a case of preferring the one that's harder to get hold of.

It's a good fund! :p

THAT IS VERY SADCAKES!

Well, if you come back, you shall have to visit me (I live in Newtwon) and I can show you around on the right trains.

Also, that's not a train. It's light rail, they call it a tram, but it's like an on the ground dual rail monorail. Shaddup. It's just not a train.

I also think that I lived in the UK for a while when I was 21, and fell in love with them.

Oh god. 11 years ago. *headdesk*

So doing it next time I'm over, hopefully soon though not this year as expected as my family decided to come over to visit me instead.

Not that one, the one at the station nearish Paddy's that goes back up into the mountains. I normally stay in Leura or Katoomba but when I'm in Sydney I never get that hellspawn on tracks, it scares me with it's bendy none attached bits. It makes me sick just looking at it.

Ah, yes, that might help :)

Whereas I went to Australia two weeks after I discovered I was lactose intolerant and therefore couldn't eat them :(

I was deeply disappointed by my sea monkeys. They ended up being rather nasty things! But like you, I HAD to have them!!

Ahahahaha, I so expect to be disappointed by them as well.

Panadeine Forte and Ibuprofen eh?

Those headaches must suck muchly =(

My sea monkey tank went green and they all died. They all lived very full lives in the mean time, I'm sure of it.

Yes, indeed they do!

Ahahahah, full lives. Man, I want to see them playing and frolicing.
